YAY!

We are supposed to go close our loan at Escrow next Wednesday, June 2nd. Then on the following Saturday we will go to our lots and decorate signs and put them up on our lots, and there they will stay until our home is done! Then it's the excavation and foundation, which we do not do, that part is contracted out. But after that, we will get building!

We are building a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom : )

: ( sad, but not sad, day

Today I attended a dear friends bridal shower. It was beautiful outside and inside. All in all the shower was amazing. BUT it did make me miss this time last year. This time last year I was finishing my own bridal shower. It was so much fun and the people who came were so special. Weddings are amazing and obviously once in life time. But I never knew how sad I would be to think back on it and miss that fun/crazy/stressful/magical time. I wish I could do it all over again. Why oh why did I not video tape every second of it... BOOOO. It was the most special time of my life and I miss it so much.
